My BMW unexpectedly broke down 7am last week on the way to work. AA picked me up and towed me to NCK Autos, as it was highly recommended by the AA man… his ex-colleague owned and ran the garage. The quickly diagnosed the timing chain had snapped and in doing so caused more damage to my engine. By lunchtime they had already removed the engine to determine the extent of it.

Now the damage I knew would be expensive, but Nick talked me through options and felt it was something they could do.

By the following Saturday I was up and running again and she drove even better than before and it was very fairly priced!!! The team there are just amazing, friendly and highly professional. Needless to say I will using them for any future services and MOT’s.
